Terms of Service
Last updated 11 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Linkcart. By creating a cart or making a purchase you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The service
Linkcart lets you collect items into a public wishlist and share it via a link. The free tier allows up to eight items. A one-time payment unlocks unlimited items for the lifetime of the product.
Your account
You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in happens by magic link. Your handle and cart are public — don’t put anything in them you wouldn’t want seen.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Linkcart to:
- post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
- impersonate others or claim handles in bad faith;
- abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to break the service or its security;
- link to malware or use the link-preview feature to attack other systems.
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that breach these terms.
Payments
The paid unlock is a one-time charge of £8 — there is no subscription. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; their terms also apply to the transaction. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
Availability & liability
Linkcart is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and functioning but don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Product links and prices come from third parties and may be inaccurate or change. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including your statutory consumer rights.
