Refund Policy
Last updated 11 June 2026
Linkcart’s paid tier is a one-time £8 purchase that unlocks unlimited items. This policy explains when you can get a refund.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Because this is digital content, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to change your mind and request a refund — unless you ask to start using the unlock immediately and acknowledge that doing so ends your right to cancel. Where the unlock is delivered instantly at your request, the 14-day cancellation right may not apply.
If something’s wrong
If the unlock didn’t apply to your account, you were charged twice, or the feature isn’t working as described, you’re entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
How to request a refund
Email naylicnaza@gmail.com from the address on your account, telling us your handle and what went wrong. Approved refunds are issued through Polar, our payment processor, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Nothing here removes your legal rights
This policy sits alongside your statutory rights as a consumer; where they give you more, they prevail.
This is a plain-language summary provided for transparency, not legal advice. If anything here conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
